High School Ministry
Our High School Ministry features two main programs: Youth Group and High School Breakfast. Both groups are for any and all current high school students who would like to come and share in fellowship at our church.
Youth Group will meet on a bi-monthly basis this year. This year we will focus on service opportunities and spiritual learning. High schoolers who attend Youth Group events will serve at McFarland Lutheran, in McFarland, and around Dane County. Our service opportunities will include time to reflect on our faith and the call to serve others as Christians. Most months, our second meeting will pair our volunteerism with learning about Christian faith tradition, interfaith connection, or spiritual practices.

High School Breakfast will be hosted at McFarland Lutheran Church on a weekly basis before school. Breakfast will be served on Wednesday mornings from 7:30-8:00am. Our weekly menu includes:

11/15 - Interfaith Lesson on Islam with Dr. Saeed, 11:45am-1pm
12/06 - Youth Group Baking Session for Global Mission Bake Sale, MLC Downstairs Kitchen, 7-8:15pm
12/13 - Youth Group Christmas Party
02/05 to 02/07 - Winter Retreat, Bethel Horizons Camp
02/28 - Triangle Meal Prep Session, 7-8:15pm
03/01 - Serving the Weekly Meal at the Triangle Community
